Peer supervision led by me

I have been working for 30 years in the field and am forming a group for new and more seasoned therapists. Group members will present cases for feedback from both myself and one another. I am thinking that the group will meet every 2 weeks for 1 1/2 hours. I haven't decided if the group will meet in person or via Zoom or both.
