Pattern Changing Group - TBD
This 8-week Group is designed to help individuals understand and identify dysfunctional patterns in their life; recognize their power and choices; develop assertive skills to set and protect boundaries; and learn techniques for changing patterns and taking control of their life. Group will be on Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 pm. The start date has not been set. Cost is $60 per week, or advance payment of $400. There will be 6-8 members in the group. Anger Group - Begins on February 4, 2026
This 5-week group is designed to help attendees understand their relationship with anger; identify the source of their anger; recognize their physical, emotional, and behavioral responses to anger; and learn to manage anger constructively to experience positive results and resolution. Exploration will include CBT, DBT, Creative Expression and psycho-education. 6-8 member group will meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Cost is $60 per week, or advance payment of $250.
