Pattern Changing Group - TBD
This 8-week Group is designed to help individuals understand and identify dysfunctional patterns in their life; recognize their power and choices; develop assertive skills to set and protect boundaries; and learn techniques for changing patterns and taking control of their life. Group will be on Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00 pm. The start date has not been set. Cost is $60 per week, or advance payment of $400. There will be 6-8 members in the group. Anger Group - Begins on May 20, 2026
This group is designed to help attendees understand their relationship with anger, identify its sources, and recognize physical, emotional, and behavioral responses. We will explore how to manage anger constructively through CBT, DBT, Creative Expression, and psycho-education to achieve positive resolution. This 6-8 member group will meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The fee is $60 per week. A $60 deposit is due by May 13th. I offer a discounted rate of $300 for those who provide full payment by May 13th. Please email if you are interested in joining.
