The Flow Space is a cozy gathering inspired by the concept of an open studio in traditional art therapy. Led by a professionally trained expressive arts therapist, each meetup is designed as a thematically-curated exploration of self through various forms of artistic practice. Guests choose a creative modality from our rotating biweekly menu, before receiving the activity prompt and all necessary supplies to help guide you in a process of creative self-inquiry, emotional processing and community connection.
