Do you find yourself struggling as a young adult to navigate life in today's world? Are you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless or directionless? Join me and my co-leader, Jenny Davis, CEHP as we create a safe space where you can connect with your inner strength, gain clarity and direction and learn easy to use coping skills. This will be a six week class meeting biweekly online on Wednesday evenings from 6p to 7:30p CST, beginning 2/12/25 through 4/23/25.
