Parents of Tweens, Teens and Young Adults Group
Are you parenting an adolescent or young adult, or at least trying to? Parenting of a young person can be a challenging season, especially with today's peer pressure, social media, substance use including alcohol, opiates and marijuana, sexual identity and gender issues, porn, sexting and more. With many young people experiencing suicidal thoughts, isolation, depression and anxiety, this group will be a safe and confidential place for you, as a parent, to join other parents in a small group setting to support one another through the trials of parenting. The group will also offer practical CBT / DBT tools.
