Parents of Sensitive Kids - Safe & Sound Protocol

Kids don’t regulate in isolation, they co-regulate through connection. In this group, parents will meet virtually and be supported through the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) to regulate their own nervous system. Rooted in Polyvagal Theory, SSP is an evidence-based treatment that uses specially filtered music to calm the body's stress response-fight/flight/freeze- to promote safety, social engagement, and emotional regulation. This group is for parents who are navigating their family's experience with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, trauma, and chronic pain.
