The Mindful Child: Meditation for Brain Training
I am a licensed practitioner and a lifelong practitioner of yoga and meditation certified in the treatment of ADD and ADHD. Through age-appropriate activities such as guided meditation, breathing exercises, and visualization, participants will develop self and other-awareness, emotional regulation, and improved concentration. Make no mistake, mindful meditation is brain training: it leverages the neuroplasticity of the brain and the ability of the brain to change the mind, fundamentally transforming the ways we experience ourselves and the world around us. Age-leveled groups are offered for children ages 4-13. Call for enrollment and pricing.
