Parents Embracing Adolescence

This unique group for parents of teenagers focuses on skills and insights to rebuild connection and attunement with your child. Learn methods to gain confidence as parents, by reducing reactivity and increasing mindful presence. This 4 session workshop is meant to be a springboard into self-awareness for parents from a foundation of neuroscience and contemplative psychotherapy. This is a small group, experiential workshop with guided imagery exercises, mindfulness practice, handouts to take home and suggested readings for further exploration. Join with your child as they face the challenges of adolescence. The cost for the entire workshop is $200.
