We are excited to announce a support group for parents of neurodivergent children! Parenting Through Neurodivergnce: Pathways to Understanding offers a safe space to connect with others who understand your journey, exchange valuable insights, and provide emotional support. Together, we will share strategies, resources, and experiences while discussing topics related to neurodiversity and self-care. This is a virtual group.

EmpowerTeens: Discover, Connect, Empower
Our teen support group is one of the tools utilized in helping teens grow and get better alongside their peers & family. Teens realize there is help and there is hope when they no longer feel alone in their struggles. Each group is led by a therapist with a small group of 6-10 members and ensures positive conversation, productive behaviors, as well as the development of coping skills. WHO: Teens ages 13-16 years old WHAT: Weekly teen support group WHEN: Every Saturday @ 3:30- 4:30 pm WHERE: Virtual/ In-person Cost: $20 for each group session per teen

Grief and Loss Support Group
In this safe and compassionate space, we come together to navigate the journey of grief, honoring our losses, and supporting one another in healing. This group meets every 1st Thursday of the month starting February 6, 2025. There is an option to attend virtually as well. This group is FREE!
