Parenting through Connection

This is a closed group for parents of tweens and teens aimed at reducing conflict and increasing connection within the home. Parents, caregivers and supportive adults are welcome in this inclusive environment. Using concepts from multiple parenting resources, we will discuss how to use connection, curiosity, (emotion) coaching, and compassion to help our kids learn from life's challenges and grow up to be flexible, resilient and adaptable adults. Group participants will identify their own values with respect to parenting and clarify tangible short-term goals. They will receive motivation and support from their peers in achieving these goals.
