Parenting Teenagers
The adolescent period is a developmental stage of discovering one's self and independence. However, that life task is riddled with boundaries, expectations, & risky choices. Parenting this stage may feel tedious and predictably unpredictable. This dual-format group runs for 8 consecutive weeks. It's designed to help preteens/teenagers explore these challenges within a group of peers. Together, we explore issues related to risky behaviors, substance use, self-harm, anxiety, depression, & peer relationships. Three of the groups include parents and kids to allow for solution-focused, strategic planning to occur in collaboration with the family unit.

Skill-Building for Young Women
This skill-building small group is open to women aged 18-29. The group will run for six consecutive weeks. The group will focus on coping skills for women with trauma histories using a combined curriculum from Seeking Safety, DBT, & Boundaries. This is an excellent way of building skills for self-improvement in a small group therapeutic setting.
