Starting October 2024! These parent support groups gives you an opportunity to relieve stress, gain support, discuss concerns about parenting toddlers and teens, learn strategies to help support them and yourself, and to cope with the challenges you are experiencing in a non-judgmental environment.

Trauma manifests differently in each person and is a deeply personal experience. Having a supportive community who understand what it's like to navigate trauma can be incredibly healing. We invite you to join our circle where members share experiences and support one another with trauma trained counselors facilitating the process. Whether you are working through life transitions, managing relationship issues, developing your identity, or managing parenting stress, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Groups allows individuals to dedicate intentional time for healing and exploring a deeper understanding of self.
