Prenatal Support Group
Join other expecting moms as we empower ourselves to fight anxious thoughts and promote mindfulness and connection with your growing baby. This 6 week group will explore themes of perinatal anxiety and depression, tools for coping with the physical and emotional demands of pregnancy, and maximizing interpersonal and social support. The sessions will offer a blend of psychoeducation, narrative therapy, and group processing. We'd love to see you there!
