Parenting Skills
Services are provided to individuals who are court-ordered or seek self-improvement of parenting skills. Individuals participating in this group are guided into identifying areas of need, parenting styles, modeling behavior, roles of family members, assertiveness, behavior management techniques, exploring pillars of character and effective communication techniques. Group members are directed to establishing a positive network of support and positive coping skills to manage stressful situations related to their parental role. If unable to participate in a group setting, clients are offered parenting skills in an individual basis. Groups are offered in English and Spanish at times previously arranged.

Anger Management
Services are provided for individuals who are court-ordered or seek self-improvement to address anger issues. Individuals participating in this group are guided into learning to identify anger triggers, conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, thought replacement techniques and cost-analysis. The group is directed to establishing a positive network of support and positive coping skills to manage triggering situations. Clients who are unable to commit to participate in a group setting are offered the opportunity to address anger management skills in an individual basis. Groups are offered in English and Spanish after hours and on Saturdays as previously arranged.
