Parenting Group
Parenting can be overwhelming, scary, and lonely. This is a monthly, ongoing group for parents who feel like their kiddos are "harder" or "trickier" than the average kid. This experience of parenting is especially worrisome and tiring at times. This group can be a place of refuge, understanding and support as we navigate this crazy, wondrous and sometime impossible adventure.

Women's Retreat
I offer women's weekend retreats. Enjoy a weekend of self care as we nurture our souls, explore our own self narratives and create new pathways for our hearts to travel. Spend two nights and three days in a lovely setting that with a small group of women. Every detail of the weekend is created with the intention of holding space for you to find and explore your life transition. You will be invited to participate in group and solo mediations, workshops and therapeutic circles. Nurture your body with lovingly prepared meals in a communal setting. Women's Quarterly Wellness Group
Join of group of women for ongoing nurturing, exploration and support of the dynamic and important growth and changes we go through over a year. We meet quarterly as a group and between sessions you will receive weekly prompts to keep your therapy goals in mind. This is perfect for intention setting and then holding the space with a cohort of women to keep these intentions close at heart and in mind.
