Parenting Group
Positive Discipline is based on the belief that all human beings have the basic need to belong and feel significant and that all behavior has a purpose and function. This way of parenting is very different than the typical thoughts on parenting and discipline. It is empowering for both the parent and the child. It treats the child and the parent respectfully and with dignity. The concepts and tools are simple, but it is not EASY. And it is worth the effort!
