Parenting Group for New Parents

Calling all parents with babies in the first year of life. Lead by Ariella Soffer, Ph.D. (psychologist) and Judith Hoffman, M.D. (pediatrician). Each week we will cover a different topic including: sleep, infant safety, maternal mental health, feeding, sibling adjustment, transition back to work, separation anxiety, and normal development.
