Using a consequence-based system, parents will learn how to navigate mindful parenting without the power struggles and relationship challenges, to raise children who are confident and responsible. As opposed to using a system of reward and punishent, which leads to power and control issues, these tools help the children see the rules of the game and how their positive or negative choices of behavior affect the outcome, while giving parents a different perspective and understanding of the reasons for their children's behavior. Different groups are available for parents of pre-schoolers, children, and teens. Small virtual or in-person groups are now forming.
