Parenting Class
This class series will provide you with the tools you need for emotionally coaching and connecting with your children. Together we will work on developing confidence in your parenting, improving communication skills, and building community with other parents. This class is available virtually and recordings of each session are made available to participants.

Teen/Tween Process Groups
When a tween/teen's physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual space are experienced as chaotic and overwhelming, it can disrupt their ability to emotionally regulate and their sense of self-competency. Tweens/Teens that struggle to open up in individual therapy often thrive more in a group therapeutic social setting. We offer a space for teens to transform their overwhelm into possibility and purpose by connecting, relating, and healing together. Our groups combine mindfulness, creative expression, movement, and peer support to enhance self-esteem, emotional awareness and stress reduction.

Embark on a journey to cultivate balance, harmony, and well-being into every facet of your life. An ongoing women's well-being group that tends to the interconnection of mind, body, spirit, and relationships. Some educational bits but mostly unstructured and process-oriented with group sharing. Tuesdays - 11:30am - 1:00pm, 90 min Beginning February 13 $75/session
