Parent/Caregiver Support Group - daytime

This group offers education and support for parents and caregivers of children of all ages, focusing on nurturing secure attachment and fostering healing. We explore building secure connections, emotional regulation, and coaching children through emotions. Join in-person or virtually for $10/session, thanks to grant funding. While single-session attendance is welcome, six weeks provide the most benefit. Childcare is not provided. Though the facilitator isn’t fluent in Spanish, we’re committed to making participation accessible for Spanish-speaking parents through available support services. Teen Intensive Outpatient Program

We offer an average of nine hours of therapeutic treatment per week. Due to the rotating nature of our practice’s curriculum, teens are welcome to join at the beginning of each week. In addition to the nine weekly group hours, teens are welcome to join one to three additional hours of non-traditional therapeutic activities (yoga, somatic experiencing, neurofeedback, art expression, etc.) and four hours of a therapeutic wilderness experience. After the completion of the six-week IOP, each teen is offered follow-up therapeutic services including individual and/or family therapy.
