Parent / Teen DBT Group
This is a DBT skills group for teens and their parents or caregivers. Parents meet in one room and teens meet in another, learning the same DBT skills in parallel, alongside peers and community support. The group focuses on practical skills in mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness, with an emphasis on applying skills at home and strengthening communication. Entry includes a required orientation session.
