Raising children and teenagers today, in the age of social media among other issues, is difficult. Raising a child with emotional issues, mild or severe, can be even more difficult and isolating. Social Skills Groups
In this group we work on building confidence and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Children and teenagers are given the opportunity to learn and hone social skills, with gentle feedback from peers and group leaders.
Divorce Support Group
Divorce can be a lonely and difficult time of transition. Come join our group and gain support from peers and our group leader. Learn different ways of thinking about things and activities to engage in, while expressing your feelings in a safe, nurturing environment. Will also explore dating in current times.
