Parent Support Group for parents of kids with ASD

Join us for an 8-week support group designed to be a safe, welcoming space for parents and caregivers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This group offers both psychoeducation (practical skills and strategies) to support your mental health, as well as time for open discussion and connection with others who truly understand the unique challenges—and joys—of parenting a child on the spectrum. Together, we’ll explore tools to build resilience, reduce stress, and foster a supportive community where every voice is heard and valued.
