Parent Coaching Group

Ellie Mental Health is offering a 5-week parent coaching group designed to support parents as they navigate the back-to-school transition. This group helps parents learn about child development, improve communication, strengthen bonds, and explore positive discipline strategies. Parents will gain practical tools to set consistent boundaries, regulate their own emotions, and create a supportive home where children feel understood.
