Palm Beach Panic Disorder: PBG, WPB, Jupiter, More

This structured therapy group is for adults experiencing panic attacks and persistent fear of panic-related symptoms. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, participants will learn to understand the cycle of panic, challenge catastrophic thoughts, and develop effective coping strategies. The group will include a psychoeducation component to help members gain insight into the nature of panic disorder, as well as guided exposure exercises to gradually reduce fear and avoidance behaviors. This is a “closed” group, meaning new members will not join once the group begins, allowing for a consistent, supportive environment where participants can build trust and make meaningful progress.
