Own Your Space: Empowering women with boundaries!
This 10-week group for women ages 18–25 meets Tuesdays from 7:00–8:30 p.m., February 10–April 21 (no meeting the week of March 10) and is limited to 12 participants. Designed to empower women to create healthy boundaries, the group explores how personal values shape limits, barriers that make boundary-setting difficult, and patterns that influence relationships. Participants will also practice self-compassion and resilience when boundaries are challenged. The cost is a $40 co-pay per 90-minute session, and Harper Therapy will submit to participating insurance plans.

Squad Vibes - Middle School Students
This 10-week group for students in grades 7–9 meets Mondays from 6:00–7:30 p.m. This group is designed to help teens build resilience and strengthen emotional well-being, the group explores identity, self-image, growing academic and social responsibilities, healthy social media use, and relationships with friends, family, teachers, and coaches. Participants also discuss shifting family dynamics, academic stress, hormonal changes, healthy habits, and challenges like bullying, peer pressure, or feeling left out. The cost is a $40 co-pay per 90-minute session. Harper Therapy will submit to participating insurance plans.

LCSW Group Supervision
We are offering group supervision for those who are post MSW and looking for a place to connect with others for networking, learning, and case consultation. The group often starts with a topic which leads into case consults and sharing and learning about other areas of social work. We also bring in guest speakers to speak about things such as medicine, diagnosis, nutrition and wellness, and much more! We run the group year long and all are welcome!
