I teach individuals to examine the dysfunction in their perception and how their old ways of managing negative thinking is not working for them, both from a physical and social point of view. I inspire character transformation. "bad Anxiety and Anger is a Choice" and with choice comes "Personal Responsibility" for how they live their lives. Increasing an individual's personal responsibility reduces their blaming attitude towards external sources for their choices in behavior.
