Outpatient Men's Substance Abuse Groups

Men's substance abuse recovery based on the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness within a Harm Reduction framework.. Any adult male 18 or older can attend. The out-of-pocket cost for the group is $35 per session. This group addresses Substance Use Disorders and Substance Abuse, topics include identifying High Risk Triggers, utilizing Coping Skills, Relapse Prevention, and understanding the nature of addiction. Other issues include distress tolerance, family issues, work, parenting, communication, anger, sex, and adjusting to change.
