This is your group to feel safe, seen, and accepted. Sometimes social anxiety feels like everyone is always watching you, judging you. Like you never quite fit in. Conversations are stressful and make you freeze up. Speaking up in class is like a nightmare. You're always replaying something embarrassing you said. It's hard not to be down on yourself when these kinds of worries are constantly in your head. If this feels like your experience, come find support, connection, and self-assurance in a social anxiety support group for teens.

There's a lot of bad advice out there on why you're still single: "you just want it too much" or "you have to love yourself first before someone else can love you." If you've heard misguided refrains like this from well-meaning friends, and you want some help illuminating what's actually keeping you from finding the relationship(s) you so humanly crave, this is the group for you. Join us as we shake off the old cultural scripts around dating and breathe new life into our longing for connection.
