Group therapy is a unique environment in which a group of people come together to both give and receive help from one another. If group members can completely understand and work out their relationships with the other group members, there will be an enormous carryover into their "real life." They will discover pathways to more rewarding relationships with significant people in their life now and with people they have yet to meet. What happens in the group mirrors life, but now with an opportunity to achieve a different outcome.

Ever wondered what it would be like to sit with a group of men and have real, authentic conversations? Most men are a bit afraid of other men, feel some competitiveness or performativity, but have a hunch that there's more. This is a great place to meet other like-mindeds desiring to go past cultural constructs and experience rich connection. Men need support too. This often has meaningful ripple effects in group member's lives outside in their broader lives. We have 4 vacancies starting in summer 2026. Message me for an initial call and to reserve your spot.

Quiet self-doubt and build genuine confidence by learning to accept yourself for who you are while growing into who you want to be. Connect with peers who truly understand the challenges of being "enough." This fall group is for 14-15 year old youth. I facilitate modern analytic process groups on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings each offering a supportive and challenging space for deeper emotional exploration and connection. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to understand yourself through your relationships with others — how you express needs, handle conflict, and experience closeness or distance. Together, members learn to recognize and share feelings in the moment, experiment with new ways of relating, and build greater self-awareness and authenticity. These groups are well-suited for individuals interested in personal growth, relationship patterns, and understanding themselves greater through relationships.

I facilitate online modern analytic training and process groups for therapists on Monday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. These groups offer a confidential, experiential space to explore your emotional life as it unfolds in real time — within the group and in your work with clients. Members deepen awareness of transference and countertransference, experiment with emotional communication, and develop greater freedom and authenticity in relationship. The group provides both professional development and personal growth, helping therapists strengthen their capacity for emotional presence, connection, and resilience. Participation supports a deeper understanding of oneself as both a person and a therapist.

Men in our society often feel emotionally isolated and limited in their ability to express themselves in authentic ways. The goals of this group are to help men build better relationships, build skills and confidence in fully expressing themselves, and feel more holistically empowered with their masculinity. We will do this through safe and honest conversation, interpersonal processing, and mindful/experiential exercises. We will explore, discover, and practice being authentic with each other and in our lives. We will also cover ongoing social topics and their impacts as they occur incorporating a holistic masculine perspective.
