In this group we look at the interconnectedness of all aspects of living, learn to develop empathy to improve our relationships with others, and at times question and hold reverence for the fine balance of Life that is afforded our Earth in a vast and mystifying Universe. This is a FREE group that meets every other Friday and follows a curriculum of evidence-based practices to improve our satisfaction in and quality of relationships, counter-balance harmful and distressing emotions like anger, anxiety, and depression, and provide increased opportunity for community development.
