Being & Belonging is a bi-weekly support group for LGBTQIA+ teens who want a safe, welcoming space to connect, share, and grow. This group offers community for young people exploring identity, navigating school or family stress, or seeking others who understand their lived experience. Through guided discussion, mindfulness practices, expressive art activities, and shared reflection, teens build confidence, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging. Being & Belonging is a supportive, affirming space for teens to feel seen, grounded, and not alone—while developing tools for emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and authentic connection.

I offer online sessions for clients in OR and CA and facilitate in-person mindfulness groups and a bi-weekly LGBTQ support group for teens.

This group could be a good fit for you if you are feeling stressed out and wishing for more community, if you want to process recent events – personally or what’s in the news, if you have recently moved to get to a safe state, if you have a lack of people around you who understand what you are going through, or if you feel overwhelmed by life’s stressors. We’re here to be your people! Designed to build community, share a space for processing, grief, and hope – and build resources and tools. Partially or totally covered by insurance!

I'm great with teens (14 and over) and adults (18-45) navigating life's transitions with queer, transgender, trauma, and/or neurodivergent intersections.
