Online Workshop for Survivors of Cults & Coercion

Since 2003 I have facilitated groups and workshops for former members of cults, coercive groups and relationships. These groups & relationships include political, religious, teacher-student, self-help, multi-level marketing, family, partnerships. Resources are sent prior to the workshop. Participants address relevant issues in their lives, current & past, gain support for healing from loss & trauma; learn successful skills; make sense of their experience, pursue individual goals. Topics include children born & raised, coercive influence and manipulation; red & green flags in relationships; personal rights; disconfirming inaccurate beliefs from ideologies; trauma & CPTSD; healthy & unhealthy groups & leaders; narcissistic abuse & protecting self; challenges; successes; self-care.
