About
It is hard to be a parent...and in the middle of a pandemic? Unbelievably hard. Many families that were healthy before COVID-19 are facing new issues that are causing chaos at home. Families that were already struggling are even more vulnerable during this time. Distance learning, working from home, and being isolated from other members of your support system can turn your family upside down. Even after this pandemic is “over”, mental health challenges may linger.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address immediate mental health concerns and strengthen their relationships. Let’s talk about how to get your family back on track and find a bit of peace when everything feels out of control.
If you are on this page, you are worried enough about someone in your family to consider seeking professional help. Even if you are not sure if therapy is right for you, please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. I'm happy to give you more information before you dive in. I also offer some sliding scale spots in my practice for front-line workers.
