(Online) Steady in the Storm: Women's Support
This 13-week online support group is designed for women navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and political or social overwhelm. Together, we’ll create a space for honest reflection, coping, and connection. Through guided discussion, gentle structure, and shared rituals, participants will build resilience, deepen self-awareness, and find comfort in community. This group offers the opportunity to be seen and supported—without judgment and without having to explain everything. Saturdays at 7 PM EST on Zoom. Led by Amira Martin, LCSW-R.
