Online Process Group
This is a mixed gender process group. Members of this group work actively to understand and express their thoughts and emotions while being open to learning the impact they are having on others. I am modern analytically trained and I lead with a strong relational and emotional focus. This group is a good fit for individuals who have gained some self awareness through individual therapy and are ready to explore their attachment style(s), work on intimacy with others and/or working to set boundaries and stand up for themselves. This group meets weekly online at 9 am CST.

I can think of no better place to work on how you function with others than in Group therapy. Group members work on effective communication, learning about their relational needs and how to get them met, learning to play and healing from dysfunctional/painful experiences. Ryan has extensive training and experience in group therapy and is a Certified Group Therapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Association and a Fellow of AGPA.

Training and Consultation Group for Therapists
This is an online group. A training group provides therapists with a valuable opportunity for both professional and personal growth. These groups are process-oriented, encouraging members to explore what is happening internally as well as their interactions with others. This creates a dynamic environment for developing therapeutic insight and relational/therapeutic skills. The group emphasizes case presentation and clinical conceptualization, fostering collective engagement on multiple levels—intellectual, emotional, relational, and somatic. Through this integrated approach, participants deepen their understanding and enhance their effectiveness as therapists.
