Online Individualized DBT Skills Groups
I offer multiple online individualized DBT Skills Groups for Adults, Teens, Parents, Couples, and Families. In each group I cover all four of the core DBT skills modules including Mindfulness and Dialectics, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness skills. If you are not able to attend a live group I also have prerecorded presentations for each module available for purchase. Online Men's Support Group
Never has it been harder to be a man than it is today. Today's man experiences more trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, substance misuse, and out of control behaviors than ever before. Many men struggle to find purpose in their daily lives, work and careers, as well as relationships with family and friends. This group will help support men in overcoming their struggles and developing solid support systems in their day to day lives.

Loving Someone with a Personality or Mood Disorder
Whether you are a man or woman who is a friend, family member, parent, or partner to someone with a Personality or Mood Disorder you recognize how great a challenge it can be loving and caring for that person. This group is a safe space for you to process the complexities of those relationships while receiving support, understanding, and encouragement from others in similar situations. You will also receive trauma-informed education and resources regarding various personality and mood disorders, codependency, setting healthy boundaries, non-violent communication, trauma informed de-escalation strategies, dialectical behavior therapy, and self care.
