Online Adult Anxiety Group

This is an 8 week evidence based treatment with the convenience of participating in the groups online. Groups will focus on identifying and correcting unhealthy thought patterns, developing healthy coping strategies, managing anxiety in relationships, and developing healthy interpersonal relationship skills. These groups will be ONLINE through our secure video conferencing system. Participants will need a good internet connection, computer with a webcam, microphone and speakers. Get help and support with your anxiety from the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
