Betrayal Trauma 101 is a 12 week online healing group that is designed for betrayed partners who are experiencing the devastating effects of their loved ones out of control sexual behaviors. Using a Prodependence approach, this group offers a compassionate, hands-on framework to understand the complexities of betrayal and its traumatic impact. Each weekly session focuses on helping members manage their emotional responses, providing psychoeducation & practical tools for healing. The EmpowerHer women's group begins on Tuesday July 2024. This is the 3rd module in a three module series. Each module is designed to support and guide you in your healing from betrayal/relational trauma. This is a hybrid format-one week will be in person and 3 weeks will be online. Group size is limited.
