OCD Weekly Group for Teens ages 14-17

Weekly OCD support group on Monday nights for teens. This is an ongoing group with (2) components. Teens and parents meet separately. The teen group focuses on understanding symptoms and developing coping strategies. The parent sessions focus on understanding OCD in children and teens. Effective parenting strategies are discussed. Teens who are between ages of 14 and 17 are welcome to join the group. Office is located in Berkeley, across the street from the Claremont Hotel for easy access from Oakland, Alameda, Albany and San Francisco.
