Join this small in person group in Manlius at a beautiful holistic health & wellness retreat center. Learn coping strategies and interventions for living with obsessive compulsive disorder, high anxiety. and panic. This is an opportunity to build connections for sustained wellness while reducing isolation. Group will offer education on inference based CBT to address maladaptive patterns of thought, provide education on methods of coping, including somatic approaches, and connect you with like minded individuals seeking to reduce isolation.
