March 2022: For now, these continue to be online virtual groups run by one of the licensed psychologists OCD specialists at Stress and Anxiety Services of NJ. This is a lower fee alternative to attending our individual therapy, or can be an adjunct to your OCD treatment with another OCD therapist.

We are specifically trained in the CBT treatment of OCD, PTSD, and other anxiety disorders (phobias, panic, social anxiety), as well as Body Focused Repetitive Disorders (BFRBs). We have a sliding scale fee structure. We also provide webinars, consultation services, and some free group services.
