I bring not only my extensive clinical expertise in trauma treatment but my own lived experience as a parent, healing generations of trauma before me; poverty, addiction, and the descendant of a survivor of the Armenian genocide who narrowly escaped. Priority given to parents of children under 10 and expecting parents. Contact me for more details.

The vibe of group is calm and relaxed. No one is required to share anything that they don't want to. Common themes addressed include, but are not limited to: flashbacks, feeling safe, sexuality, self-blame, others' reactions, coping skills, the criminal justice system, etc. I've been running groups centered on this topic for 15 years and have found it to be a very moving and powerful experience for clients. There is a special kind of connection and healing that comes from peer interactions in conjunction with therapist/client interaction. Schedule: Monday OR Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:30.

A trauma-informed psychotherapy group for individuals healing from narcissistic harm and relational trauma. These experiences—whether in families, romantic relationships, workplaces, or other systems—can lead to self-doubt, loss of identity, and disconnection from your inner sense of self. This group offers a stabilizing, reparative space to rebuild trust in yourself, reconnect with your intuition, and begin restoring a more coherent sense of identity. We explore attachment patterns, process relational wounds, and shift survival strategies into more intentional ways of relating. Participants develop greater clarity, self-trust, and inner authority.
