Good Enough Queers is an 8 week, closed therapy group for queers who struggle with feeling good enough. We will use an eclectic and holistic approach to explore this constellation of parts of Self that contribute to these feelings of low self-worth, including IFS-informed work, somatics, narrative work, and body/energy work in the form of holotropic breathwork. We will meet on Zoom, next cycle starts in mid-May 2024.

The first months of parenthood are magical and intense. They can also be very isolating. The group aims to create a non-judgemental space for new parents to connect in this vulnerable stage of life, building a web of local support. In this group, you are invited to go a bit deeper than you might in a casual coffee shop meet up, forming friendships and communities that last well beyond the six week term. The group will take place in person in Ditmas Park, Brooklyn.

In this group, you are invited to share authentically and speak aloud thoughts and feelings you tend hold inside. This therapy offers a sense of how your peers perceive you and sheds light on interpersonal struggles and challenges that may be impeding a richer existence. If you are seeking to become a more active player in your life, this group could be a good fit. Each member comes in with (or develops in time) their own personal goals and together the group supports relief from suffering and growth. In here, there is space for all of it.

This 90-minute weekly group is a neurodiversity-affirming space where DBT skills are adapted to support the unique experiences of people with ADHD, Autism, or both. This group shifts the focus away from changing who you are and towards building skills that work with your brain’s unique setup. What’s Different About This Group? Stimming and fidgeting are encouraged! Pacing is adjusted for more discussion and hands-on practice. Time to talk about neurodiversity—how Autism and ADHD shape daily life, and how DBT can support your journey.
