This is a 6-week sound therapy, psychoeducation, and processing group. Our sound sessions activate your body’s natural healing response, supporting you in releasing tension in the mind and body, improve sleep, and reconnect with yourself. Also, the shared experience of sound and communal RESONANCE creates a powerful environment for collective healing and connection.
