Nurtured Heart Approach Workshops

I offer Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA) workshops to groups of parents, teachers, or other mental health professionals. They can then put this empowering approach into practice with their children, students, or clients. The core principles of NHA include focusing and being intentional in de-energizing negativity, in actively recognizing strengths, and in providing clear expectations consistently. NHA teaches ways to "reset" to help self-regulate. This approach delves deeper than typical behavioral interventions by seeing and addressing the heart of the child rather than just the misbehavior or emotional dysregulation. Contact me for details.
