Non-using Partners' Support Group

Through psychoeducation, group discussions, and experiential exercises, this 8-week group therapy online program with Ting Qin, LMFT integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide participants with tools to nurture their own well-being and relational satisfaction while their partners navigate in recovery.
