Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a life-changing journey of mindfulness-focused coping skills that can enhance other types of therapy and your sense of well-being. Group is held virtually on Monday evenings with plans for a second daytime group. You do not need to be a current individual client of mine but I ask that you complete an initial assessment prior to your first group. I accept some insurances or cash pay.
