The group covers the core DBT modules of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. In addition, the “Walking the Middle Path” module helps adolescents reduce rigid or black-and-white thinking, develop greater flexibility in perspectives, and build a more balanced approach to emotions, relationships, and problem-solving.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Habit Reversal Training/ComB for BFRBs, Habit Reversal Training/CBIT for tics or Tourettes, Parent Management Training (PMT) for behavioral issues in children and teens.
