The only approach effective for social anxiety is exposure, or also known as shame-attacking. Each group we help each other brainstorm what we will do in between group meetings because that is where the work happens anyway. This is a fun an engaging process for the group and has a supportive vibe. Our sessions are designed to help you build resilience, improve interpersonal relationships, and enhance your overall well-being.
